Delete your data

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This page explains how to ask Dentyaan HMS to delete data about you. Dentyaan HMS is run by Dentyaan Private Limited. Our privacy policy says what we keep and why.

If you are a patient of a hospital

Your hospital holds your medical record and decides what is kept, so ask your hospital first. In the hospital, or from the link to your own record, you can ask for your data to be deleted. The hospital notes the request, Dentyaan HMS reminds it until it is answered, and the Dentyaan team deletes the record for good once the hospital agrees. Some records must be kept for the time Indian law asks the hospital to keep them, such as PCPNDT Form F for 2 years and medico-legal records.

If you got a WhatsApp message from Dentyaan's number

If you are a hospital, a member of staff, or you used this website

Write to us to delete your account, your hospital's data, or a demo request. A hospital can first download all its records. We delete the hospital's data within 30 days of the request, and backups are gone 14 days after that.

How to ask

Tell us your name, your phone number or email, and the hospital's name if there is one. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same number or email, so nobody else can delete your data. We reply within 30 days. Our grievance officer is Anil Kumar.
